About The Janus Performance Management System
  Janus is a comprehensive on-line resource for improving existing performance management initiatives. If you are designing a new performance appraisal system the Janus materials provide a timesaving, ready to use solution for documentation, benchmarking, and training.

Janus offers two sites:

The Janus Resource Center is a searchable database containing information on all aspects of performance management. It includes reproducible forms, authoritative articles, and complete modules on key topics such as setting objectives, giving feedback, coaching, and competencies.

The Janus Performance Management System enables individuals and teams to identify the key competencies for success in their job roles. An assessment is automatically created to provide individualized feedback on these competencies. Assessments can be taken in self, 180 or 360 mode.
